The readings before the defect shows
16 channels, live over Wi-Fi in the app
ProSense One rides with the part through the paint line and records air velocity, humidity and temperature zone by zone. Each run is then one dataset, with every channel on a single time axis.

What ProSense One does
The line runs below target.
Below target often means parts going to rework and the line losing output. The cause often lies in values rarely measured at the part itself, such as humidity, temperature and airflow upstream of application. ProSense One travels through the line with the part and records them zone by zone. The TPA defines which value matters at which station.
Live data over Wi-Fi
Every channel is streamed live over Wi-Fi during the shift. The curves run in the app while the case is still travelling through the line.

Live view in the app, sample data Particle counter
Counts the particles in the booth air, where dust later turns up as inclusions in the paint. In development, the technical data will follow once confirmed.
Air velocity
Airflow zone by zone, 0–7 m/s, measured right where the part is hanging.
Volatile organic compounds (VOC)
The 8 digital channels take air velocity, humidity or VOC.
IP67 enclosure
Passes through the wash zone without spray pressure and withstands a thermal shock of 100 → 16 °C.
LYO helps fix it
When the measurement shows a deviation, LYO, the AI for troubleshooting, helps the operator remove the cause with S4P's field experience. In pilot operation.
More about LYOAt least 8 h runtime
Li-ion battery, tool-free to swap.
Export
32 GB SD card, CSV, WLAN + USB-C
ATEX and CE
Certification for ATEX Zone 2 is in preparation and has not been granted yet. CE follows with series delivery.
TPA temperature part
Temperature and humidity
8 channels for temperature (Pt1000 class A), humidity via the digital channels. 16 channels in total at 1 Hz.
Inside the case
Cast-aluminium shell, 299 × 173 mm, with a hinge profile along the full length of the case and a latch that opens by hand, without tools. The PU-foam lid seal (261 × 170 mm) keeps the interior tight, body and lid are insulated with bio-soluble mineral wool, and the battery sits in its own printed thermal sleeve. 16 numbered ODU Mini-Snap ports lead outside, light guides carry the status LEDs through the seal, and the dual-band Wi-Fi antenna folds flat.
Assemblies
Enclosure, insulation, sensor ports, electronics and power supply, each with the job it does.
Enclosure
- Enclosure body
- Cast aluminium shell. Takes the oven heat so the electronics do not.
- Lid
- Opens on the hinge for service. Carries its own layer of insulation.
Seal
- Lid seal
- Foamed PU. The line between the electronics and the booth.
Thermal insulation
- Insulation, body
- Biosoluble mineral wool. The reason the case survives a cure oven with the electronics inside.
- Insulation, lid
- Sits in the lid and closes the thermal envelope from above.
Hinge and latch
- Hinge profile
- The axis the lid turns on, across the short end opposite the control panel.
- Latch
- Clamps the lid onto the seal. Opened by hand, no tool.
Sensor ports
- ODU Mini-Snap sensor port
- Numbered on the housing. Each takes one probe for temperature, humidity or air velocity.
Electronics
- Interface board
- Every sensor channel lands here.
- Radio module
- Carries the WLAN link that streams every channel live during the shift.
Power
- Battery
- Li-Ion, user-replaceable.
- Battery enclosure
- A printed housing inside the housing. The battery gets its own thermal shell.
Control panel
- Log and stop buttons
- Start a run at the rack, end it at the rack. No laptop in the booth.
- Status light guides
- Bring the status LEDs to the outside without breaching the seal.
Antenna
- Antenna
- WiFi whip. Folds flat so the case clears the conveyor.
